1. Customs Duties: Thankfully there are no customs duties to pay across the EU, US and many countries. In other locations your order may be subject to customs fees imposed by your countries' authorities. Please check your countires' tariffs for importing from the UK before placing an order. 2. VAT: The prices listed on our website exclude local Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers are responsible for any additional charges upon delivery and will be charged directly by the courier based upon your local VAT rules. We are unable to write all the rates down here but as an example: Average VAT rate in the EU is 21% which means you'll pay EUR1.87 in additional fees for our standard twin pack.

Unfortunately as this is a perishable product we are unable to accept any returns. However if there are any issues with your product or delivery please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue.

All our bombs have a shelf life of around 3 months for best freshness. Store in a cool dry place with the packet sealed.
