Seafood Lovers

We don’t discriminate against our fishy friends. Feel free to use any shellfish that you like! However, if you need some inspiration, we love prawns, mussels, scallops and clams. While the sauce is simmering boil your potatoes, corn, chorizo and seafood accordingly. Once cooked add to the sauce and let it gently bubble together for 5 minutes on a low heat. Serve and enjoy!

Prefer Poultry?

The sauce is delicious smothered over the chicken of your choice. We particularly love lashings of the sauce over oven roasted chicken thighs and chorizo. Some sides we recommend are fluffy rice or potatoes.

Veggie Enthusiasts

No Protein? No problem. Choose any veggies you enjoy, cook them up in the sauce and mix it all together before serving. You can enjoy your veggie boil in a number of ways such as with a side of rice, noodles or even in a crusty baguette!
